E block- Today we began to get audience research by getting twentie questionnaires about our advert filled out and also surveying people on the packaging of our product. Our shot list was really quick and easy so we also wrote up this near the end of this lesson as well.
F block- This lesson we wrote up an analysis of our results from both the survey and questionnaires. We also wrote up our production schedule/call sheet as well.
Day 2(5/2/13)
E block- Today we started our story boards. We also printed out talent releases, location releases,location recces and logo re-makes. After this we found the talent we wanted to use, gave them a release and asked them to fill them out and get them back to us.
F block- We carried on with our story boards managing to almost finish them off. We also updated our blogs as normal.
Day 3(6/2/13)
E block- This lesson we wrote up our props & costume list, budgeting form and script.
F block- We finished off the last bits of the storyboard making sure we had gone through and filled in every last detail.
Day 4(7/2/13)
E block- Today we started off by updating our blogs. We then went on to go though all of our pre-production paper work and checked off the list which bits we had and hadn't completed.
F block- This lesson we filled in our risk assessment forms and prepared our props. One of our props is a can of Lynx Attract For Her. We felt from our audience feedback that we needed o change the logo as people didn't really like it so we decided that if we changed it to something alluring to females it would attract more to the product. We decided to change it to a kiss mark which is usually symbolic of females in the majority. The last part of this lesson was spent preparing the can of deodorant purely because it is the main prop for our advert and we also finished off by updating our blogs.
Day 5(7/2/13)
E block- Today we planned to film but we had a few things to finish off for our pre-production.We spent the lesson on location recces and our final location releases. After receiving permission for the pub we finished off collecting our recces.
F block- We rounded up all of our coursework and as we had finished we checked that everything was in safe working order.
Day 6-(8/2/13)
E block- Today we planned to start filming but due to a few technical difficulties with the cameras we had to post pone our production until Tuesday We also had to change one of our locations to a completely different pub as we had organised to film during this block and he didn't have any other free time and the other pub is a lot closer to college which will save us some time. We then had to go and collect a location release for the new pub and arrange a new time to film.
F block- As technical difficulties occurred and the teacher for this lesson was absent we had been given the lesson off to prepare for shooting on Tuesday and for updating any work or blogs if necessarily.
Day 7- (12/2/13)
E block- Today we planned to film again and this time it actually went to plan. we went down to our first location which was Ryan's house and got the first three shots done.
F block- We finished filming, walked back to college and uploaded the footage we managed to capture.
Day 8-(13/2/13)
E block- This lesson we planned to film the remaining shots in the pub. Unfortunately we have to re-shoot our shots we have planned to take as the pub we wanted wasn't open when it said but we used this time to get some shots to play around with and to test it all out.
F block- We uploaded all of the shots to see what they looked looked like and also to see what we could do with them and helped another group with their work for their advert.
Day 9-(14/2/13)
E block-We re-filmed all of the shots we did the day before but this time we managed to get into the pub we original wanted. Once we finished our filming we came back to college and uploaded all of our footage.
F block- We edited all of our footage together this lesson and started to play around with text and sounds.

E block- This lesson we carried on editing but made more of an effort on the sound this time. We spoke about a slogan and carried on deciding what we'd chose and if we'd have one.

E block-Today we got the voice over recorded and edited that into our final piece.
F block- We were tested on our premier pro skills which helped us edit our videos a bit better.
Day 12-(28/2/13)
E block- This lesson we watched our final piece through and started to look at the questionnaire for our screening.
F block- We carried on with the questionnaire and also carried on with the tests on premier pro.
