Today we began the double lesson with deciding how we would adapt the 'Silenced' script. After having a group vote on what would stay, what would go and what would be added we got to work on changing the script. As a group we allocated jobs out and my job was to print and organise the pre production paperwork. Sav and Josh worked on the script and Sam and Anthony began choosing music and sounds to use in the editing stage. We decided that next leeson we will write a shot list and start on storybording.

Today we began our A block lesson with planning out our shot list. We then allocated the scenes out to do one scene each. I had scene 4, Sav had scene 1, Anthony had scene 2, Josh had scene 3 and Sam had scene 5. We started our storyboards and carried on through the double lesson.

Today we carried on through the storyboards until we finished and looked through the Reece's.

Today we finished off the last few shots of the storyboard and did some test shots for the lighting to make sure it would all work well and we tested out the microphone. As we'd finished all of our storyboards we decided to plan how we do our shoot on monday.
4/02/2014-A and B block 8:55am- 11:15am
Today we started to shoot with our scene 2 in college. We had a few problems with script learning but overcome these issues. Our footage didnt come out great so we had to re-film the next day. We did film the whole scene but some shots werent amazing.We were also going to the plan on our schedule.
5/02/2014-A and B block 11:35am-2:55pm
Today we re-filmed the shots that didnt go so well for scene 2 and also started to edit this scene together. Although I wasn't here for the second lesson my group continued with the work but couldnt re-film anything.
10/02/2014-A and B block 8:55am- 11:15am
Today we started filming scene 1 over at my house and a lot of the shots came out really well. Unfortunatly a lot of the footage came out blurry or grainy which really was not good so we planned to re film at my house with a different camera on wednesday and thursday.

Today we edited all of the shots we had time to and worked out what we would do when got back from holiday. We also went through a few soundtracks as well.
24/02/2014- A and B block 8:55am-11:15am
Today we captured part of scene 3 and captured some experimental shots to work with when editing. We then got back uploaded the footage and edited a few shots onto the scene. Tomorrow we plan to shot some more and get everything tidy and close to finished.
25/02/2014- A and B block 11:35am-2:55pm
Today was our last day of filming getting all the shots perfected making sure we had complete coverage of everything. Tomorrow we planned to start editing the whole footage and perfect it all. Unfortunately I am not in on the 26th so I left the footage to my team.
27/02/2014- A block 2:55pm-3:55pm
Today we carried on editing our footage and working on scene 3,4 and 5. I started to work on the credits as Sav worked on the titles with josh. Sam and Anthony looked at soundtracks for the opening and closing credits and we planned to put them in the next day.
28/02/2014- B block 8:55am-10:05am
Today we continued to edit and we worked on getting the audio/dialogue perfect. Our plan for next week is to clean up and make each scene perfect.
03/03/2014- A and B block 8:55am-11:15am
Today we continued to edit and also worked on the opening titles. Tomorrow we plan to finish off and possibly export.
05/03/2014- A and B block 1:45pm- 3:55pm
Today we finished editing our draft of our short film and showed Ellie and Sean out draft. Sean suggested we add in a scene adding a bit more about Erin the main female character. He also didn't like the ending so we decided we would re film it and completely change what's happens. We also need to change the jumpy editing in Josh and Anthony's scene so it doesn't seem so jumpy.

Today we did our final shoot part 1 of our added scene. It went really well but my battery died so couldn't film the end scene again. Our plan is to re-film it tomorrow.

Today we planned to film but didn't because we didn't have all of the props and equipment we needed. We edited the phone scene and also made sure we all knew what our plans are for the next day.
